What Massage Therapies are Available?

Cross-Friction Massage

This is a deep pressure massage that involves small circular movements penetrating the body’s deep tissues. This acts as a way to break down adhesions and scar tissues, whilst maintaining mobility within the body’s soft-tissue structures of muscles, tendons and ligaments.

Myofascial Release

This is a specialised manual therapy massage that follows the body’s overall muscle movement patterns. It has proven to be effective in the treatment of soft tissue and fascial tensions.

Trigger Point Therapy

This massage aims to alleviate the pains that occur in tight areas of muscle tissue, otherwise known as a trigger point. Through cycles of pressure and release, we can emancipate previously restricted areas in the body’s muscles, as a way to relieve pain.

Pre and Post-Natal Massage Therapies

We also offer pre and post-natal massage therapies, and seated massage, if necessary.
