In your first session at The Health Lodge, you can expect a warm welcome and a genuine conversation with one of our specialists. We will discuss your personal health goals and review your medical history and general lifestyle. This will give us a sense of your stress / energy levels, sleeping patterns and exercise routines.
It would be beneficial if you could arrive equipped with a food diary of everything you have eaten in the 24 hours prior to the appointment. We will then be able to discuss your dietary preferences and cooking habits. The more honest you are with us and the more information you can provide, the better we will be able to offer nutrition plans and lifestyle advice that is personal and accommodating to you.
How Many Appointments Will I Need?
We normally start by looking at vitamin and mineral deficiencies, work on your overall weekly eating patterns, then move into any intolerances you might be experiencing.
